Science-based training plans to ensure you reach your potential as a runner whilst remaining healthy and injury free.
Regular coach check-ins
I will check in with you via your running log five days a week. This keeps you accountable and means that your training plan can be fine-tuned to your needs.
Injury prevention and nutrition advice
On top of training advice, I will also be on-hand to guide you in areas of injury prevention, resistance training and nutrition.
Because we are cultivating a long-term relationship with running, and progress takes time, I generally ask for a six month minimum commitment initially. If this does not work for you for whatever reason - let me know!
How it works:
First we arrange a chat via phone or online where we can talk through what coaching involves and what you want to get out of it. This is free of charge and obligation!
Then if you are keen to pursue coaching I will send you a questionnaire so I can get to know more about you and your aspirations.
Based on your experience, goals, and other life commitments, I will then devise a running plan which will be accessible online. This acts as your running log and this is how we interact on a day-to-day basis.
